Shipping charges are calculated on your total package weight, each item is 0.5kg.

JHB & CPT | Under 5 Items = R80 | 5-10 Items = R160 | 10-15 Items = R240

Rest of South Africa | Under 5 Items = R110 | 5-10 Items = R220 | 10-15 Items = R330

International Shipping | 1-3 Items = R500 | + R250 for every additional 2 items.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We use courier services who deliver Monday to Friday. Therefore, we have no control over the efficiency of the courier.

Once the order is shipped –

Durban: 1-3 days

Johannesburg: 2-3 days

Cape Town: 2-5 days

Grey Areas: 4-7 days

Worldwide 7-14 days

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes, farm and rural areas.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within the specified shipping period after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on WhatsApp or info@imankay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
